Blacknight has announced a brand new innovative broadband service – flexible broadband. This new service allows you to easily turn on and off your broadband as you need it. Blacknight Flexi Broadband is the perfect option for when you need superfast broadband, but don’t need it all the time. Why pay for the entire year if you’re only there part of the time? The broadband, offered through the NBI network, is super fast fibre with connections with speeds of 500 Mbps (€54.99 a month), or 1 Gbps (€69.99). Blacknight can offer this service to anywhere in Ireland serviced by NBI.

After paying the one-off installation fee, and when the broadband service is active for 30 days, customers will have the option to pause the service. The customer can simply login and turn off the service from their control panel (they don’t even need to call). Then when they’re ready to activate the service again, they simply switch it back on in their control panel, and it will be ready and waiting for them when they arrive at their property or location. You can reactivate for a minimum of thirty days, or several months. This new product offers the flexibility you need to have broadband only when you need it.
